All sales of services are final unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or contract.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and refunds will only be processed under exceptional circumstances and subject to mutual agreement between both parties.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
If we fail to deliver the service as outlined in the service agreement or project scope.
If there is a material defect in the service that cannot be reasonably remedied.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Payments for custom-built software or any services delivered in a customized or on-demand manner are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing through email at connect@myistudio.in.
If the service has not yet been provided or has just begun, we may consider partial refunds based on the work completed or time spent on the service.
If a service has already been completed or the product has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
5. Process for Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at connect@myistudio.in with your request and provide relevant details, including the service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for requesting the refund.
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
If a refund is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method, subject to any third-party payment processing fees.
6. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute is filed through your payment provider (e.g., through credit card or Stripe), we will work to resolve the issue according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for any change of mind or if the service or product is used, installed, or consumed in any way.
8. Updates to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
